Deck-building feature and new dice materials

- Added a deck-building feature

- You can build a deck after you have collected at least 20 cards and 1 dice

- The first card packs can be opened every 45 seconds, the next ones every 2 minutes

- You can build up to 5 different decks

- Right-clicking a card in the deck-building screen shows its details

- Reworked the dice again, there are now 60 dice, each made from a different material and have no rarity anymore

- Fixed the filter button not changing colors and showing arrows when selected

- Added a faint gradient color background animation
