Town Portal, Completed quests and working debuffs...

- Added town scroll, new item to teleport back to the village quickly, albeit quite costly

- The completed quests can now be found in a separate screen

- Added the DEF debuff to the Ice Shard spell

- Added the Stun debuff to the Lightning Bolt spell

- Added the UI border to a few more places it was missing

- Added the possibility to discard items, may come in handy
