Using items and Sewing 🧵
- Added a new action : Use an item
- You can now use the bone needle from this menu to repair equipment made from hide
- Added more item descriptions to the description screen
- A bone needle is now needed to sew a pillow
- Fixed an unintended bug that the previous version had where all items were available at the start of the game
