Added new items and more locations are open

- Split the main item category in two (Base resources and materials are now separated)

- Renamed the medicine category to reflect the new crafts added

- Added Soap, an hygiene alternative

- Added Ashes, obtained by burning wood in a fire

- Added sulfur and saltpeter

- Added dynamite, its uses will be added later

- Volcanoes, both active and extinct are now available to explore

- The mangrove is now available to explore as well - beware of crocodiles

- Exploring now properly takes time

- Reduced the difficulty a bit by lowering the damage received when a status bar is depleted

- As always, fixed some typos and added more flavor text
