New items and mechanic

- Added rivets to craft

- Added riveted leather armor, an equipment which can sometimes negate entirely damage from attacks

- Added new sounds for level up, critical hits and negating damage

- Added knives to craft (Flint, Copper and Iron) to ease gathering of grass and bark

- Slightly reworked the equipment description screen and now all tools appear there

- Reworked the leather shoes, leather armor and leather helmet icons

- Moved the materials list next to the resources list

- Fixed the watch battery not decreasing properly
