More stuff and fixes

- Added a pillow to craft, makes resting more comfortable

- Knives correctly appear in the inventory now

- Modified the help page to reflect that eating and drinking heals a little bit

- Added more sounds when an item is crafted

- Having a map of the island halves the energy requirement to explore

- Removed the accurate display of time on the statistic page if you don't have a watch

- A few more fixes
