Improved dungeon 🏝

- Reworked the dungeon slightly. It is now more smooth and verbose. Paving the way for more rooms and content down the line.

- Fixed some skills being already available at the beginning of the game.

- Fixed the tar kiln not being needed to make tar

- The loading animation is now slightly shorter
