A bigger update with bugfixes 🚲

- Added an indicator when a location has already been visited, to better keep track

- Fixed leather and tar crafting countdown not being saved properly

- Iron tools are now indestructible, but require more iron to make

- Indented most of the text a bit so it is not at the edge of the screen

- The warning on the hunting screen was made more beautiful

- It is now impossible to hunt if energy is too low

- Added a bit more info on the help page

- Added a sound when collecting leaves

- Added a sound when collecting rocks by hand

- Added a combat items sub-menu in the crafting section, with one combat item. Will be usable once the dungeon combat system is implemented.
