Title screen, options and safeguards

- Finally added a shiny title screen with a small menu, some sounds and background ambient sound.

- A few options available on the title screen (change the font size and full screen/windowed mode)

- On dying, returns to the title screen instead of closing the game

- The possible starting water bottle item is now made of plastic

- Fixed a bug in which the lighter would still work when it ran out of fluid

- Added a safeguard to make it impossible to attack a animal with a defense higher than your current attack

- Added additional alerts when health is very low
